Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage entry and exit points, verifying identification and authorizations as needed.
- Ensure only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed access to restricted areas.
- Act swiftly to any security breaches, alarms, or incidents, including theft, vandalism, or accidents.
- Provide accurate incident reports to management or law enforcement if required.
- Maintain detailed logs of all security incidents, patrols, and any suspicious activity.
- Prepare daily activity reports and report any security concerns to supervisors.
- Act as a visible deterrent to criminal activity and maintain order.
- Perform regular patrols of the premises (including entry points, perimeters, and common areas) to detect signs of irregularities and ensure a secure environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of SSCE.
- Familiarity with security systems and surveillance equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert in all conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment.
