Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Segment Manager - Radiotherapy Solutions at JNC International Limited. The Segment Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the radiotherapy segment, and provide strategic direction and oversight for our radiology sales initiatives. The Segment Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored marketing strategies, ensure alignment with our business goals, and enhance our competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing radiotherapy solutions and medical equipment
- Knowledge of project implementation, equipment selection, and upgrade paths
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Deep industry knowledge and experience in radiotherapy products and technologies
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, or Radiology.
