Your Responsibilitiesâ¦
- Drive New Business Acquisition: You will prospect, qualify leads, and execute full-cycle sales strategies, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Manage & Grow Key Accounts: You will build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and continued use of the clientâs services.
- Engage with Decision-Makers: You will develop connections with C-level executives, HR, and operational leaders, understanding their business challenges and positioning our client as the ideal solution.
- Product Demos & Presentations: You will conduct tailored demos that address specific needs, showcasing the benefits of our platform to prospective and current clients.
- Collaboration Across Teams: You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and management for clients.
- Exceed Sales Targets: You will meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas, contributing to overall company revenue goals.
- Track & Report Sales Activities: You will maintain detailed records of client interactions, providing regular forecasts and performance reports.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: You will keep informed on the latest in HR tech and competitor offerings to better position our client in the marketplace.
The Ideal Candidate Has
- A Bachelorâs degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an account executive or a similar sales role, ideally within a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech environment.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with high-value clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with remote-first companies or international clients.
- Knowledge of the HR, payroll, or talent management industry.
