Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled senior architect with a passion for design excellence, leadership, and problem-solving. This role requires a deep understanding of architecture, from conceptual design to construction administration, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams. As a senior architect, you will have the opportunity to lead large-scale projects, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in shaping the future of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design, documentation, and execution of complex architectural projects from conception to completion.
• Develop creative, sustainable, and innovative design solutions that meet client needs and align with the firm's design philosophy.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and interns, offering guidance and fostering professional development.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
• Ensure all design and construction work complies with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and project pitches to prospective clients.
• Stay current with trends in architecture, building materials, and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating leadership, innovation, and expertise in design.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with various project types, such as commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use developments, is a plus.
• Proximity to location is a plus
