Senior Backend Engineer ( NodeJS )

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs that power our software products and services.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to define requirements, scope, and technical solutions for projects.
• Implement best practices for performance optimization, security, and reliability to ensure the highest level of system integrity.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry-standard coding conventions and architectural patterns.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings, to deliver high-quality software on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Experience with monolith and microservices architecture, serverless computing, and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and proficiency in full-stack development.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
