Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Alert Group. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within a specific region, ensuring efficient and effective branch performance, meeting financial targets, managing branch staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent knowledge of financial services and banking operations
Proven experience in branch management
Ability to analyze financial data and reports
Good understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Branch Manager) are a plus
