We are a leading Building and Construction Company based in Lagos with an interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial). We desire a dynamic and passionate Business Development Executive with a focus on the high-net-worth (HNI) real estate market. Experience in selling properties within and around Lekki, Ikoyi, Ikeja, Magodo .

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, particularly in high-demand locations such as Victoria Island, Mainland, and Ikeja GRA.
- Leverage an existing client network to establish and maintain relationships with HNIs interested in luxury real estate and joint venture opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of premium real estate solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitors, and potential growth areas within the high-value property market.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to prospective clients, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by driving high-value real estate transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the real estate industry.
- Extensive experience working with HNI clients and a proven ability to generate high-value real estate sales.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong clientele understanding of the real estate market, particularly in high-value areas like Victoria Island, Mainland, Ikoyi, Magodo and Ikeja GRA axis of Lagos State.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Real estate license or certification is a plus.
