Requirements and Skills:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Valid real estate license.
