Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the solar financing segment.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and installers.
- Drive customer onboarding for solar energy products through innovative financing solutions.
- Craft market-entry strategies to capture a significant share in clean energy financing.
- Collaborate with the product team to refine and upscale service offerings based on market feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy ecosystem.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development goals with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on business development KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote its solar energy offerings, and develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development within the solar energy or clean energy sector.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or related roles, with a track record of high performance in high-growth organizations.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent understanding of solar energy products and financing solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Remuneration: NGN 1,000,000 Monthly Gross inclusive of performance-based pay
