Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Engage in delivering the Firm’s long-term growth strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop appropriate value propositions. 
• Manage high-value client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of client projects.
• Scoping jobs appropriately and understanding the resources required to deliver set objectives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage and develop team members through training and coaching.
• Support operations through prompt billing, maintaining low accounts receivables, and business reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Consulting/Internal Audit /Audit/ Investigations function in a reputable organisation
• ACA/ACCA/CFE/ACAMS/CISA will be an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong reporting writing and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Comfortable with dealing effectively with senior management and managers/staff.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to work within tight schedules and timelines
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple engagements and tasks
• Intuitiveness and attention to detail
• Must be willing to travel
