- Content Strategy & Adaptability: Ability to contribute to content planning, understand audience needs, and adapt writing style and tone to different audiences.
- Industry Background: Experience in research, career advising, education, consulting, or journalism, providing a strong foundation for creating authoritative content.
- SEO Fundamentals: Basic understanding of SEO principles and the ability to incorporate keywords naturally for improved content visibility.
- Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with online content creation (blogs, websites, social media).
