We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer who will lead our design team, overseeing the development of creative concepts and ensuring the highest quality of design (motion & still) across all projects. This role combines the flexibility of hybrid work while requiring regular collaboration at the Abuja office

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies for campaigns, branding projects, and multimedia initiatives.
- Ensure all design outputs align with the company’s goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to establish a cohesive vision across all media platforms.
- Oversee and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and creativity.
- Manage workflow and prioritize projects to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and offer constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet timelines and budget constraints.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors) to understand requirements and ensure design solutions meet client needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and marketing specialists, to deliver unified creative outputs.
- Design and direct creative deliverables such as branding materials, digital assets, web designs, print media, and multimedia presentations.
- Oversee the creation of promotional content, ensuring the designs are innovative and aligned with brand messaging.
- Work on advanced design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for both internal and external use.
- Ensure the final output of all creative assets meets high-quality standards, consistency in branding, and project objectives.
- Establish and maintain a consistent visual style across different projects while allowing for creative innovation.
- Present creative concepts and solutions to clients, gathering feedback and making adjustments to meet their needs and expectations.
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients by consistently delivering top-quality creative work and aligning with their vision.
- Stay updated on current design trends, new technologies, and tools in the design and advertising space.
- Experiment with new creative techniques, ensuring the team remains on the cutting edge of design innovation.
- Oversee the budget allocated to creative projects, ensuring the efficient use of resources
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as printers, photographers, and media production companies to deliver cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with - Adobe Creative suites.
- Up to 3 years of advertising agency experience.
- Available to work hybrid or full-time.
- Proven experience as a Creative Design Expert.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and innovative design solutions.
- Expertise in motion graphic design, web design, and multimedia content creation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design and web development practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or certification in this field.
