Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters. Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies and approaches accordingly.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
