Position Overview:
The Senior Digital Manager will be responsible for shaping, executing, and optimising the digital strategy across all platforms. This role involves strategic analysis, digital marketing leadership, and hands-on management of content, analytics, and technology tools. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the leadership team to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives, enhancing the firm’s brand visibility and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance the firm’s online presence and client engagement.
- Analyse the effectiveness of digital channels (web, social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC) and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Work with aCubed Ltd to oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of the firm’s website, ensuring it reflects our brand and delivers a superior user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to produce high-quality digital content, including case studies, blogs, videos, and interactive experiences.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns to generate leads and increase company awareness.
- Use strategic analysis tools to evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of digital efforts.
- Lead the implementation of emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to the architectural industry.
- Ensure the firm’s digital assets comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
- Client Database management. Lead the integration of CRM and digital tools to enhance client relationship management and improve communication.
- Mentor and manage junior digital marketing staff or external digital marketing agencies as needed.
- Manage office services, ensuring organized operations and maintained archives.
- Develop and implement office policies, guiding procedures and standards.
- Recruit staff and provide orientation for new employees.
- Prepare contracts and offer letters for new employees.
- Arrange staff work tools such as uniforms, ID cards, and business cards.
- Monitor office operations within the admin budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Actively participate in planning and executing company events.
- Coordinate logistics for visiting consultants and staff trips, including hotel bookings, transportation, and meeting room reservations.
- Prepare administrative reports for annual general meetings.
- Ensure the availability of refreshments, stationery, and office supplies.
- Manage client relationships by organizing birthday celebrations and gifts.
- Monitor and ensure prompt payment of subscriptions, including professional memberships and HSE compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
- Strong experience in digital strategy analysis and development, preferably within a design, architecture, or creative industry.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital analytics.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable digital strategies.
- Familiarity with emerging digital trends and how they can be applied within the architectural and design industry.
- A keen eye for detail and an appreciation for design aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree or an equivalent
- Experience working in or with an architectural or design firm or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of building information modelling (BIM) and how digital tools can enhance architectural workflows is an added bonus
