Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and resolving conflicts.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain a high degree of discretion.
- Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries.
- Conduct research and compile reports, presentations, and briefings as needed.
- Liaise effectively with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address needs to optimize the CEO's time and priorities.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Senior Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in [list required software, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools].
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
