Our client, Qalbsaleem Inc. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead their design team in crafting compelling visual assets that align with the brand strategy. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with strong leadership skills, capable of managing design projects from concept to execution while mentoring junior designers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all designs effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership & Design Execution:

  • Define and maintain the creative vision for all design projects, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop high-quality designs, including logos, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, brand collateral, and more.
  • Supervise and guide graphic designers and freelancers to ensure design excellence.
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating design choices and gathering feedback for refinement.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.


Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with the Brand Strategist to ensure all designs align with business goals and brand messaging.
  • Partner with Marketing & Sales teams to create compelling marketing materials that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet deadlines, allocate resources, and maintain project timelines.
  • Assist in the development of content for sales pitches, presentations, and promotional campaigns.


Mentorship & Quality Control:

  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering professional growth.
  • Review and approve design deliverables before they are finalized and delivered to clients.
  • Maintain organized files and ensure that all assets are appropriately labeled for easy retrieval.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX design, and digital marketing is a plus.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 depending on experience
