Responsibilities:

- Assess and optimize workflows to enhance organizational efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with client leadership to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for clients.
- Develop retention strategies, succession planning frameworks, and career progression pathways tailored to client needs.
- Implement effective performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide coaching and support to client managers to handle underperformance and drive productivity.
- Create competitive compensation structures and benefits packages based on thorough market analysis.
- Advise clients on strategies for compensation optimization and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct training needs assessments and design bespoke capacity-building programs for client teams.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and organizational values.
- Guide clients through policy adoption and monitor adherence across teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring tailored HR solutions meet their strategic goals.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports on project milestones.
- Directly influence organizational success by aligning HR strategies with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- At least 6-8 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in organizational development, policy drafting, and client-focused HR services.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD are highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven ability to work in dynamic, client-focused environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to diverse organizational cultures.
