Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support employee engagement, motivation, and retention efforts.
- Develop and oversee HR policies, systems, and procedures.
- Implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain payroll structure and employee benefits programs.
- Assess training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and performance management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software (HRIS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
