Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives for the sales department.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Oversee key accounts and high-impact sales activities.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations and develop long-term relationships with major clients.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with executive management, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in investment advisory, with a strong track record in the form of verifiable portfolio, past and present.
  • In-depth understanding of market analysis, financial planning, and investment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead a sales team.
