Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overall Strategic Planning: formulate and implement the company's long-term and short-term strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth and development.
• Production and Warehouse Management: Responsible for supervising production processes, inventory management and supply chain optimization to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
• Marketing Management: Plan and implement market strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.\
• Team Leadership: Build and lead an efficient team, stimulate team potential, and ensure the achievement of work goals.
• Financial Monitoring: Supervise the company's financial situation to ensure effective use of funds and financial health.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.
• Work Experience: More than 5 years of production management, marketing or management experience in the same industry; Experience in home decoration field is preferred
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, able to lead the team to achieve performance breakthroughs.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to solve practical problems quickly and effectively and adapt to dynamic business environment
• Minimum age: 28-45 Years
• Preferrably male

Location: Lagos and Ogun

Work Schedule: 25 working days per month.
