Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy to build and enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience.
- Establish a strong online presence for the brand as a thought leader in e-commerce and social commerce.
- Achieve steady organic growth of our customer base through partnerships and participation in online and offline events.
- Create and curate engaging content (e.g. original text, photos videos, and news) for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok but also Google Ads and related channels.
- Manage all social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure all online content, including the company website adheres to SEO standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media and marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and analytics.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Strong understanding of online advertising, social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
