Job Description:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen our market presence, and lead sales and marketing efforts. You will play a key role in positioning Amana FTX LTD as the go-to travel management and rental service provider in Abuja and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets across our business lines.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand our market reach in corporate travel management, car rentals, and vacation rentals.
- Lead marketing campaigns, from digital marketing to traditional advertising, to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the executive team.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/HND or OND
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a sales, marketing or customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and market analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
