We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Medical Officer/Senior Medical Doctor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care to our patients, lead and manage a team of medical professionals, and contribute to the development of our medical services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
- Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, including junior doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure best practices in patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior medical staff.
- Participate in on-call duties and provide medical coverage as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as a medical doctor, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
- Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare
