Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Oversee full-stack development, including web APIs, database integration, and UI/UX design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to enhance performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the fintech sector to drive innovation within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the fintech industry, with a focus on .NET technologies.
- Demonstrated team-leading experience, including task delegation, performance management, and mentoring.
- Strong expertise in C# programming language, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Comprehensive understanding of web API and database development concepts and patterns.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to leadership with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Experience working on B2C products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Focus on technical documentation.
- Full stack understanding of web API/database development concepts and patterns.
- Experience working with API Documentation.
