We are looking for a Senior Partner Associate in Lagos, Oyo or Abuja to oversee and manage partner operations across multiple locations. This role involves partner acquisition, onboarding, utilization, and retention, ensuring seamless daily operations and expanding Movam’s logistics capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and managing 1PL & 3PL logistics partners, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Job Location: Lagos, Oyo, Abuja
Monthly Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and onboard qualified 1PL & 3PL partners in Lagos, Oyo, and Abuja.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into Movam’s logistics network.
Conduct due diligence and compliance verification for prospective partners.
Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Lead and supervise the partner team across multiple locations, offering guidance, training, and support.
Conduct regular check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and feedback sessions to enhance partner engagement.
Identify and implement growth opportunities within the Movam logistics ecosystem.
Oversee daily logistics partner operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatch, and fulfillment of deliveries.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner/vendor management within the logistics/transportation industry.
Experience in recruiting and onboarding logistics partners, particularly 1PL & 3PL providers.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve partner performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be based in or willing to work in Lagos, Oyo, or Abuja.
