Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Implement performance metrics for project evaluation.
• Drive the coordination of the internal employees, external consultants, and other stakeholders to achieve a cohesive and collaborative project team.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Provide leadership to project teams, including interior designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, by identifying, and leveraging their strengths, providing stretch opportunities, and offering mentorship.
• Delegate tasks set expectations, and ensure team members are aligned with project goals.
• Oversee the implementation of design plans and ensure adherence to project specifications for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, resolve design-related issues, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Identify cost-effective design solutions and manage project finances effectively
• Review contractor performance for conformance to the contract and authorize invoices for payment.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Carry out Contractor comparisons and select the best one to work with together.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field; MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage.
• At least 6+ years of work experience with 3 years in Project management.
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
• Demonstrate project management and business development experience.
• Great knowledge of budgeting & control and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (People management to contractors, site workers, etc)
• Strong Communication/organizational/interpersonal skills.

Location: Lekki 

Remuneration: NGN 550,000- 600,000
