We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Project Manager to oversee the success of our outreach programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that all teams operate efficiently, meet targets, and contribute to the organization's mission. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management

Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all outreach programs.
- Ensure all teams are performing efficiently and meeting program goals.
- Coordinate communication between teams to foster collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team leads to address challenges and improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and prepare progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with leadership to provide updates on program performance.
- Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree or HND plus 3+ years in faith-based organisations, professional services, or nonprofit management preferred.
- Demonstrate commitment to the values and principles of the organisation
- Reside in Lagos, preferably within a reasonable commuting distance to Lekki.
- The demands of this role need you to be physically fit as it could involve physical tasks and extended work hours.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong character and integrity: this role requires someone trustworthy and reliable.
