Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial management and quantity surveying services on projects
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage and administer contracts, including variations and claims
- Analyze and report on project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 4+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
