We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Organisational Development candidate to join our team. In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will implement change initiatives across various sectors, driving strategic transformation and fostering organisational growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organisational development strategies and a proven track record of successfully executing change initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning strategies with clients' goals, ensuring that transformations are sustainable and impactful.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Develop long-term organisational goals and strategies.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with organisational objectives.
- Design and implement change initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication during transitions.
- Assess organisational health and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement programmes for talent development and employee engagement.
- Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop performance metrics and benchmarks to track progress.
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Implement succession planning and leadership development programmes.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Ensure projects align with organisational goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identifies opportunities for innovation within the organisation.
- Develops strategies to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- A degree in a relevant field of study.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in strategy development and organisational change.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving strategic and organisational initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
