Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and building partnerships.
- Proactively seek out potential clients through various marketing and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide tailored property solutions and expert advice to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the internal team to streamline the sales process and enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving company-wide sales strategies and customer relations.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on performance and client feedback.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with proven success in closing high-value deals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
