Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, including digital platforms, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Inbound Sales & Lead Management:
- Handle inbound calls from prospective clients, addressing inquiries and converting leads into customers.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and personalized solutions to meet client needs.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, target audiences, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies and highlight our unique selling points.
Outbound Sales & Follow-Ups:
- Make outbound calls to nurture leads and engage with potential clients.
- Follow up on prospects to ensure continuous engagement and drive conversions.
Tracking Progress & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, call metrics, and sales targets.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech, technology, or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
