We are a leading real estate company in Lagos, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join its dynamic team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 7 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Researching current market trends and customer preferences in the real estate industry.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives and property listings.
  • Creating and managing original text and visual content to showcase properties and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Maintaining a consistent company image to meet sales goals and enhance property listings.
  • Establishing specific sales targets and providing reports on performance and achievements.
  • Generating, editing, and sharing compelling property listings daily across various platforms.
  • Monitoring market conditions and property metrics to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, property management, and finance, to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Engaging with potential clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and managing client relationships.
  • Driving property inquiries and sales through effectively implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
  • Propose and implement new features to enhance property visibility and attract buyers and sellers.




Requirements:

  • 6+ years of senior-level work experience as a Sales Executive
  • A strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market, property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
