Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for the company's wine and beverage products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings to present new products, promotions, and maintain customer loyalty.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotional activities and brand positioning.
- Conduct territory mapping and expand the company’s presence in untapped regions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and activity reports to management on a regular basis.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, including pricing, payment terms, and contract management.

- Strong understanding of the wine and beverages industry, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
