Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts, develop and maintain key partnerships, and expand our program offerings. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key organizations and stakeholders
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing consistent support and communication
Evaluating and Assessing Impact:
- Implement evaluation methodologies to measure partnership effectiveness and overall impact
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Prepare detailed reports on sales and partnership outcomes
Driving Sales Initiatives:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to promote programs and services
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
- Present programs and services to prospective clients and partners
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the education industry or related field
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
