Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Achieve financial targets and sales budgets.
- Gather customer information and determine eligibility based on company requirements.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about our products and services.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints within set timeframes.
- Offer constructive feedback on processes, products, and procedures to support business improvement.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and business development for a financial institution.
- Bachelor's degree in management, social sciences, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
