Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve financial targets and sales budgets.
  • Gather customer information and determine eligibility based on company requirements.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about our products and services.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints within set timeframes.
  • Offer constructive feedback on processes, products, and procedures to support business improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational and unit objectives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and business development for a financial institution.
  • Bachelor's degree in management, social sciences, or related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Flexible and detail-oriented.
  • Works well with others and has strong interpersonal skills.
