Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for the success of the company’s sales department, setting goals for the team and producing monthly forecast reports to see how well they’re doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what’s happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of real estate market
- Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
- Meetings prospective customers to present project & following up the sales
- Product knowledge by market research for better deliverable
- Achieve Sales targets for all Residential & Commercial Projects
- Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints Timely
- Identify potential customers, engage with them on a regular basis to convert the lead
- Direct Sales & Channel Sales
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in any discipline, MBA/MSc is an advantage
- Should have good and relevant experience in Sales.
- Good Communication Skills.
