Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the banking sector, ensuring revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
- Analyze banking sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
- Represent the company at banking industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales management experience in the banking sector, preferably in microfinance or commercial banking.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop data-driven sales strategies.
Location: Lagos (Fully Onsite)
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
