Job Description and Requirements
Functional Consultant for SAP SF EC to lead and participate in ongoing projects and all support initiatives. Responsible for managing multiple simultaneous SAP projects from conception to completion. Requirements gathering and scope definition together with various business stakeholders. This role must work independently while gathering requirements, performing functional testing, customizing/configuring, creating documentation, and conducting end-user training with the SAP Core team / Super users. Collect & analyze HR requirements on the following:
Business processes and parameters, Assist in the mapping of master and transaction, Determining reporting requirements Standard / Customized SAP Reports, Design, develop, and manage Roles and Authorizations Assist in the development of business process descriptions. Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related technical/ business areas or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of experience with relevant SAP EC experience.
