Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires a candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information and ensure privacy and security of office records.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure records are organized and easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with various office management tasks, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.


Location: Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 90,000 - 100,000 Monthly
