Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals, enhances brand awareness, and drives lead generation and conversions.
  • Oversee content production, including crafting high-quality posts, stories, and reels; manage content calendars; and ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a way that reflects our brand values and mission.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize growth and engagement.
  • Design, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach and drive conversions, including lead generation and webinar registrations.
  • Reach out to potential guests to appear on our podcasts, whilst also reaching out to other podcasts for Ibrahim to appear on their show
  • Work closely with other team members to integrate social media initiatives with overall company objectives, including email marketing, landing pages, and lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to keep our strategies fresh, innovative, and impactful.


Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Social Media Management with a strong track record of success in brand growth, audience engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Expertise Across Key Social Platforms particularly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with a solid understanding of each platform’s algorithms, audience demographics, and best practices.
  • Content Creation Skills including experience in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Data-Driven Mindset with proven experience in analyzing social media metrics and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with Paid Social Advertising: able to develop, manage, and optimize social media ad campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills with clear, engaging, and reflective of our brand’s mission to empower aspiring entrepreneurs.
  • Proven Ability to Manage & Execute Multiple Projects with strong organizational and project management skills to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
