Senior Telesales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Present and explain our products and services clearly and persuasively to prospective customers.
• Understand clients’ needs and tailor your pitch to address their specific requirements.
• Follow up with leads in a timely manner to ensure engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Telesales or a similar sales role, preferably within the IT, Financial or Education sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Strong persuasive skills and a demonstrated ability to close sales effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
