UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design for our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Develop and oversee visual and advertising campaign designs, aligning with our brand’s vision.
• Utilize Figma extensively to create innovative design solutions.
• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.
• Maintain and evolve a comprehensive design system across our products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Ability to work closely with our development and marketing team to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Designing graphics for our online and offline advertising campaigns, including banners, ads, and promotional materials in the marketing channels.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience working as a UI/UX designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work.
• Extensive experience with Figma, including prototyping and collaboration features.
• Proficiency in design principles, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and inspire.
• Experience and willingness to work with HTML and Tailwind CSS is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to translate brand ideas into powerful visuals.

Desirable Skills:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not required
• Background in designing for social commerce or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
