We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of work experience to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in civil engineering design, strong multiple civil project management, and leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical skills and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
o Project Leadership: Manage and direct project teams to achieve objectives within scope, budget, and timeline.
o Strategic Planning: Develop project plans and strategies that support overall business goals.
o Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met. s.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/MSC in Civil Engineering or a related field
- COREN licensed.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong knowledge of highway road construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to details.
