Role Overview:
We seek a driven and experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee and elevate our Lagos operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring 100% shift coverage, high-quality client service, and strategic business development. The SDM will supervise the Service Delivery Unit, coordinate staff and schedules, and ensure compliance with care standards while supporting the organization’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the Service Delivery Unit (SDU) to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Ensure timely rota planning, staff scheduling, and 100% shift coverage.
• Monitor call logs and daily care notes, ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction.
• Develop personalized care plans and risk assessments with the care team.
• Manage referrals and oversee the setup of new care packages.
• Support business development initiatives and drive service expansion.
• Recruit carers and manage workforce resources effectively.
• Handle incident and complaint escalations promptly and professionally.
• Report on carer performance, compliance, and key service metrics.
• Collaborate with senior management to align service delivery with strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of BSc/HND in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., NIM, CIPM, Healthcare Management) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service delivery, healthcare operations, or staff coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven expertise in rota planning, compliance, and resource management.
• IT proficiency in scheduling and service delivery tools.
