We are looking for a highly skilled Service Engineer Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of air compressors and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Managing Compressor department Service team, ensure breakdown reduction for the client through predictive maintenance.
§ Working closely with Service team to troubleshoot critical issues raised and ensure solution within SRT
§ Responsible for the Aftersales revenue Generation & meeting the set target.
§ Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify sales prospects.
§ Support to the Sales team & place the best solution for the Compressed Air Requirement out of Screw- Fixed Speed, VSD & Reciprocating compressors vindicating energy efficiency advantage.
Requirements:
§ Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
§ Minimum of 5-10 years cognate experience in air compressor maintenance and installation.
§ Strong technical knowledge of air compressors & related systems.
