As a Service Engineer at SANY NIGERIA, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive after-sales support to our customers. Your role will involve installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and Commissioning:
- Assemble, install, and commission various SANY products according to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning procedures to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components.
Technical Support:
- Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Offer guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Field Service:
- Respond to service calls and conduct on-site inspections to assess equipment condition.
- Collaborate with customers to schedule and coordinate service visits.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inspection findings.
- Generate comprehensive reports on equipment performance, service history, and potential improvement areas.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field service and equipment maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
