Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians and admin staff, providing training and development opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the workshop, including scheduling and prioritizing jobs.
- Collaborations with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Implement and maintain a quality control process to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Monitor and control workshop costs, including labor, parts, and overheads.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3+ years' of experience in service management role, preferably in a mechanic workshop or similar industry
- Proficient in utilizing workshop management software, diagnostic tools, and specialized machinery to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
