Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a shop manager. The Ideal candidate should be living on the Island, to ensure they can come to the store with convenience each day. The Shop Manager will be responsible for the overall daily operations, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, security, and overall store safety.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and merchandise is properly organized and displayed.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and strong product knowledge.
- Address customer complaints and professionally resolve issues.
- Oversee inventory audits and conduct stock takes as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the same job role or similar role.
- Minimum of HND certificate.
