Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper optimal performance of all gaming cafe staff cleaners/waitress/security
- Prompt recording of inflow and outflow of machines
- Prompt & accurate evacuation of cash from machines
- Prompt recording of petty cash expenses for the shift
- Prompt recording of day-to-day sales of drinks using the drinks report spreadsheet.
- Update CTR (Customer Tracker Report) daily
- Reconciliation of machine issues
- Reconciliation of petty cash issue
- Reconciliation of POS issues
- Prompt reporting of issues relating to machines
- Prompt reporting of general issues relating to the café
- Prompt attendance to minor Machine issues such as bill acceptor, stacker full, internet connectivity for jackpots, etc
- Attendance to various operational issues in the café, such as generator issues and customer complaints/security
- Ensures proper handing over of the active shift
Requirements:
- A good degree. (B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics desirable, or any other related field)
- At least 2 years minimum work experience managing gaming shops (in Casinos, Slot Sports Betting Retail, Lottery Shops
- Intermediate-level skill with Microsoft Excel is a must.
