We're seeking an experienced and skilled Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our gift shop. The ideal candidate will have a background in gift design and packaging, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Shop Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the store.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates and gift wrappers to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote products.
- Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and arrangements of gifts and products to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and products as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Gift Design and Packaging: Assist with gift design and packaging, providing expertise and guidance to team members.
- Sales and Promotions: Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty.
- Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of the shop, employees, and customers, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail or gift shop environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, design) preferred.
- Gift Design and Packaging: Experience in gift design and packaging, with knowledge of design principles, materials, and techniques.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, employees, and management.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
